Welcome to BetCrown. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all services we provide at https://betcrown.co.uk/. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything set out below. We encourage you to review this document carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

At BetCrown, we operate under the legal name Anakatech Interactive Limited, a company registered in Malta (Company No. C 61918), with registered offices at Soho Office Space, The Strand Fawwara Building, l-Imsida, Gzira GZR1401, Malta. Our gambling software and facilities are provided by Anakatech Limited, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (Company No. 1736422).

We hold a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) — account No. 48789, Remote Casino Operating and Remote General Betting (Real Events) Licence No. 000-048789-R-327402-013, originally issued on 23 November 2017 and updated on 17 October 2025. Our software is licensed under UKGC No. 48788. BetCrown Casino is a brand launched in 2026, operated by an entity licensed since 2017.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Our services are available exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom. By creating an account with us at BetCrown, you confirm that:

• You are not acting on behalf of another person

3. BetCrown Login and Account Security

Your BetCrown login credentials — including your username and xOP]63_h}*n0J%JX — are strictly personal. We require you to keep your account details confidential at all times. We accept no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to adequately protect your login information. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact us immediately at support@betcrown.co.uk.

We do not currently offer a dedicated BetCrown app or BetCrown casino app for download. Our platform is fully accessible via desktop and mobile web browsers, including on smart TVs and online services.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Our minimum deposit amount is £10. We accept payments via debit cards, e-wallets, vouchers and prepaid cards, and bank transfers. Please note that we do not accept credit card payments, and third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited — the name on your payment method must match the name on your BetCrown Casino account.

4.2 Withdrawals

Our minimum withdrawal amount is also £10. We process withdrawals using a closed-loop policy — funds must be returned to the same method used for the original deposit where possible. MasterCard deposits may be processed via bank transfer. We do not charge any fees on withdrawals.

You must have made at least one successful deposit before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals exceeding £1,000 in total may require additional identity verification. After verification, we aim to process payments within the same business day, though in some cases this may take up to three business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. BetCrown Bonus Terms

At BetCrown, we offer several promotional offers for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the conditions outlined below and to the specific terms of each individual promotion.

5.1 Welcome Casino Bonus

Our BetCrown bonus for new casino players works as follows: deposit a minimum of £10 using the code CROWN50 and wager £10 on eligible slots to receive 50 Bonus Spins on Big Bass Splash (valued at £0.10 per spin). Bonus Spins are valid for 24 hours. The maximum cashout from spin winnings is £100, and a 10x wagering requirement applies. You must place a £10 wager within 7 days of claiming. Maximum bet while a bonus is active is £1 per spin.

5.2 Sports Welcome Offer

For sports players, our BetCrown casino bonus code CROWN10 entitles you to a Bet £10, Get £10 Free Bet offer. The qualifying bet must be placed at minimum odds of 2.0. Free bets expire after 5 days and carry a maximum win of £100. This offer excludes horse racing, greyhound racing, and virtual sports.

5.3 Ongoing Promotions

We currently do not offer a VIP or loyalty programme. However, our ongoing promotions include:

General bonus rules: wagering requirement is 10x; maximum bet with an active bonus is £2; bonus win cap is 3x the bonus value; unclaimed offers expire after 7 days and active bonuses expire after 30 days.

Please note that our BetCrown no deposit bonus and BetCrown casino no deposit bonus options are not currently available. All current promotional offers require a qualifying deposit.
